The Company’s license covers six patents, which have been granted in the United States. The basic case patent has also been granted in 21 additional countries. Additional patentable features are under development.

The Company will develop and execute a worldwide licensing program for distribution of InContinuum and Æon products in various countries, manufacturing in some countries, and application of the Company’s technology in unique industry sectors. This program will enable the Company to more rapidly penetrate markets throughout the world in combination with its own manufacturing, distribution and possible joint venture efforts.
